VICKI STEINWURTZEL
and
ADELE DUJARDIN
A friend introduced us, and we couldn’t shut up. We realized we wanted to work together. Both former educators, writers, and new to living in Mexico, our next chapters were beginning, and that included the birth of InOutUp.
We are CHANGE EXPERTS—teachers, coaches, writers, mothers, sisters. We’re ELATED to help women boldly craft their next chapters.
FROM VICKI’S DESK
As a military brat, I know change; I spent the first part of my childhood on the move, and as an adult, I’ve lived in Germany, Hong Kong, and now Mexico. I seek adventures that enrich my soul, like international volunteer home builds (recently in Portugal and Madagascar). I am inherently curious, and different cultures and language quirks fascinate me.
As a technology consultant turned educator, I like teaching people. I hold a master’s degree in educational technology, and while I occasionally consult for organizations, I prefer my laid-back life in Mexico. I am happiest when traveling to a new country, boxing in Parque Juarez, doing volunteer builds, dishing with friends over margaritas, and geeking out with my son.
FROM ADELE’S DESK
When I heard Tobi Lutke, the founder of Shopify, say hell is meeting your unrealized self, it hit me in the gut and pushed me off the cliff of Land of Good Ideas to building things that matter.
InOutUp is a big part of that. I delight in helping others come into their greatness. Goodbye, unrealized self!
Apart from my work, I am a mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend. I am married to a Frenchman. We lived in Paris where my two daughters attended the International School of Paris. We now call New Jersey and Mexico home. I love to hike and I can’t live without adventure in all its forms.
In addition to holding a master’s degree in education, I earned my coaching certification from Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am trained in the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Program and received certification for Continuing Education on The Science of Happiness from UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center.
